In the past 2 years, we were lucky enough to have the freedom to go to in-studio sessions in Macau, while in other countries, people were under long lockdowns and having sessions online. The local studios and gyms never really had the need to implement long-term online sessions. Still, know that online yoga sessions brought a lot of benefits to yoga practitioners all over the world. Before experiencing to practice yoga online, like you, I was very skeptical. Let me tell you that it works well, I will point out here all the benefits and guidelines to start practicing online.


  • SAVE TIME - Online sessions take the stress out of driving or taking a bus to and from the studio at busy quarters at peak hours.

  • NO INTERRUPTION - Even if Macau goes through a sudden lockdown, it will not affect our sessions.

  • BUILD UP A REGULAR PRACTICE WHEREVER YOU ARE - Very important, especially if you are pregnant and approaching childbirth. Practicing at least 3 times a week during the third trimester prepares your body and mind for the big day.

  • RECORDING AVAILABLE - The live stream sessions will be recorded and available for 5 days in case you miss it. I will send you the recording link if you had enrolled for the live stream session (only available for 10 session passes).


  • HOME SETUP - Clear a space at home, where you can set up your yoga mat and blocks. You can buy them at a very affordable price in Tao Bao or at Chi Fu Stationary in Av. Horta e Costa. If you are doing Prenatal Yoga sessions, I would suggest a little investment in a yoga bolster, a strap, and a blanket.

  • LIVESTREAM  - You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer. The larger the screen is, the better you can see your instructor. Create an account in Zoom for free, set up your camera in landscape view, and make sure your internet connection is good. 

  • ZOOM LINK - Check your email, half an hour before the session starts you will get the zoom link.  Click and you are in!

  • KIDS - Don’t worry if your little one is around when you do the session. All participants are muted during it, so don’t stress.

  • RECORDING SESSIONS - The session will be recorded in Quick Time, so don't worry, you will not appear in it. Feel free to switch your camera on, so I can check your safe alignment during the practice.
