基礎孕婦瑜伽導師課程

本課程將為你提供技能和信心,使你能給予那些想在人生特別階段中,藉由瑜伽獲得益處的孕婦們有足夠安全的支持。此次培訓可以單獨作為美國瑜伽聯盟的30小時持續進修培訓課程 (YACEP),或將此作為第1學習單元,與未來另外2個學習單元結合後,完成整個85小時產前和產後瑜伽教師認證 (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, RPYT)。第2單元和第3單元將於 2023年中後舉行,敬請期待。

產前瑜伽課程將為你提供扎實的知識基礎、十足的信心,並了解最佳的運動行為、合適的瑜伽體勢、冥想練習和學習呼吸運動,使我們能以真誠的心與孕婦們面對這神聖的孕期並給予支持。

身為一名老師,你可能有經歷過遇到準媽媽加入你的課程,當發生這種情況時,你的感受如何?你是否準備好如何調整瑜珈體式的序列以確保她的安全呢?透過教學指南讓你了解如何因應孕期三階段,和必要的體式修改,得以增強孕婦的力量並解決其常見的困擾,以及知道需要避免的體式。這個培訓將帶你探索瑜伽、正念、修復和呼吸,以作為懷孕和分娩時有用的教學工具。

Margarida Luz - 課程專業導師

Margarida老師的瑜伽老師生涯已有7年多。她對女性健康的熱情驅使她考取產前和產後瑜伽導師 (RPYT) 認證,為了在女性成為母親時,能有足夠的資格,並由國際專業機構授權,使她能安全地給予準媽媽們支持與陪伴。 Margarida 老師有幸能向國際經驗豐富的教師學習,她從他們那裡學到了,完整懷孕過程中,能如何安全地幫助準媽媽的技能和技巧。在過去的4年裡,她在澳門指導了30多位父母進行產前瑜伽和產後瑜伽。她期望能讓女性充分了解懷孕的相關知識,及保持身體靈活與情緒平穩。

Eva是在台灣唐幼馨瑜伽提斯中心取得美國瑜伽聯盟孕婦瑜伽導師證照。之後他開始在澳門的教學之旅,她很榮幸能夠通過孕婦瑜伽去安全的支持與陪伴準媽媽,與他們分享快樂,並從準媽媽的愛中得到啟發。這使Eva更確信在教授孕婦瑜伽的過程中能使她感到滿足與快樂。

Taking prenatal yoga with Margarida has had a significant impact on my wellness throughout my pregnancy. Although I had been taking some online prenatal classes, it was very helpful to be able to learn about the physiology of pregnancy and labor, in person. Not only were these mini-lessons informative, but the opportunity to ask questions and have discussions was helpful. The yoga practice incorporated breathing techniques for different stages of labor, mindfulness strategies, and the actual yoga poses and postures. The strategies have helped me throughout the second and third trimesters to ease body aches and pains, to relieve stress, and to mentally prepare myself for giving birth. The exercises have been easy enough to also do at home, and Margarida has provided numerous suggestions to adapt to our individual needs and circumstances. Being somewhat anxious about labor, and just being a stubborn person in general (who does not like being told what to do), I was not sure what to expect going into my first prenatal yoga class. I could not have asked for a better instructor than Margarida. I felt immediately at ease and relieved that I had joined. I am confident that with her help and instruction, and regularly practicing at home as well, I am giving myself the best chance at the kind of labor and delivery experience I want.
