Service Description

Practicing Prenatal Yoga nurtures and strengthens the muscles that supports your body during pregnancy, labor and the postpartum period. Staying active during this period is highly beneficial for you and your baby. You will be guided into gentle movements synchronised with your breath with the main focus to promote postures that create space and helps your baby to turn into the optimal fetal position (OFP) to smooth the way to a fast and easy birth. You will also learn and practice different types of breathing techniques.
